Social Value Consultancy developed a bespoke Auatralian Social Value Framework and Database for a $400m mixed use development of office and retail space.

The Social Value Framework is now developed into and ESG calculator that can be used for all real estate projects in Austrailia. Our product clalcuated over $2bn lifecycle ESG impact fot the Middle Road Developmemt project over the next 25 years.
The Covid Pandemic has created a major shift in consumer behaviour with all generations shopping online and through ecommerce platforms with less interaction through the high streets. In the future there will be major concerns regarding health and wellbeing, unlimited access to information through social media and a new wave of influencers, the shift from fast fashion towards sustainabie fashion retail business models including ESG reporting and monitoring through blockchain technology.
