The development of the Social Value Strategy for the £360m redevelopment of Manchester Town Hall and Alber Square.

This project involved developing the Social Value Procurement Strategy and a software platform for the procurement of the managing contractor for the Our Town Hall Project which is one of Manchester’s biggest capital investment in the city.
Our project also included developing a Social Value Framework for the monitoring and evaluation of social value commitments made by the design team, construction partner and its supply chain during the construction process. It is estimated that the construction process will generate over £750m social value for the city of Manchester creating a ratio of £2.08 for every £1 invested in this project.
